  The subject of this public procurement is "PERFORMANCE OF A COMPLEX HYBRID SERVICE, INCLUDING PROCESSING OF PERSONALIZED DATA, GENERATION, ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE AND SENDING OF ELECTRONIC INVOICES AND DOCUMENTS THROUGH THE PLATFORM, PROVIDING AND MAINTAINING AN ELECTRONIC ARCHIVE SYSTEM, IMPLEMENTING ELECTRONIC NOTIFICATIONS CAMPAIGNS AS WELL AS PRINTING, FOLDING, ENVELOPED AND DELIVERY OF MESSAGES AND INVOICES TO END USERS", and the subject - the "provision of services" in the sense of Article 3, Paragraph 1, Item 3 of the LLP.
  The description of the activities included in the scope of the order and the requirements for their implementation are specified in the Technical Specification, published in the file of the same in this electronic platform.
  The type and approximate volume of personalized documents for processing and sending to customers is ​​according to the Technical Specification of the Contracting Authority, as, as a result of the specific nature of the order (seasonality, individual needs of customers, etc.) beyond the control of the Contracting Authority), the estimated value of the same includes an "option for additional activities" in the amount of up to 30% (thirty percent). The exercise of the option can be carried out when there is a need related to the real operational needs and objective circumstances, without changing the type of the service, the technical requirements or other essential conditions of the contract and should be carried out within the deadline for the performance of the latter.
