Description:
The contractor undertakes to exercise construction supervision, as well as inspection and control of the construction products supplied and used in the construction, coordination of the construction process until the introduction of the object of intervention into operation, all regulated in Art. 166 and Art. 168 of the Law on the Organization of Artterritory (ZUT) activities, as well as the responsibilities arising from Art. 178 of the ZUT.
The contractor is obliged to perform the mandatory scope of activities, in accordance with the requirements of the ZUT and Ordinance No. 3/2003 for drawing up acts and protocols during construction, taking into account the requirements of Naretaking care of the essential requirements for construction and assessing the compliance of construction products and all legal and by-laws in the field of construction in Bulgaria.
