The subject of the contract includes construction and assembly works for the construction of the building:
Resident Care for Adults with Mental Disorders (RGPLPR) I and Stage II in UPI VII-361,
sq. 80, PI with ID of KKKR 68134.1896.1230, Karpuzitsa, Vitosha district
The building is on three above ground floors, in a rectangular shape.
The distribution is type - two -way staircase with elevator, entrance space/lobby, six double rooms,
three Single rooms each of which has a private bathroom, three rooms daily with kitchen
Boxing and dining room, washing rooms, staff and storage room.
The building will be issued a building permit and approved design documentation in the following
