Description:
Public procurement with the subject: "Performing repair activities at the sites of intervention - current and basic repairs in the territorial structures of the Social Assistance Agency, distributed in three lots", as follows:
Lot # 1 "Performing major repairs in the Lozenets DSP".The planned repair is within the scope of § 5, item 43 of the additional provisions of the Spatial Planning Act, major repairs of a part of an administrative building, private municipal property, provided for management by Order SO-Rord-565-308/12.12.2014, located in Sofia, D. Hadzhikotsev Str./former club/, consisting of 2 premises, storage, an entrance with a built -up area of 127 sq.m. In accordance with the presented CCS for a total value of BGN 175 613,00 without VAT, construction repair activities will be carried out on the facade - renovation with the thermal insulation system with expanded polystyrene (EPS) 8 cm through facadescaffolding, mesh putty, doweling, primer, fine coating mineral plaster, incl.
