Description:
The public procurement aims to select contractors for providing services for the conclusion of accident insurance and insurance insurance for the needs of Varna Municipality and its secondary authorizers with a budget, in 9 lots.
Lot # 1: "Performing services to conclude Insurance against accidents and life insurance, according to Article 223, paragraph 7 of the Spatial Planning Act, of employees of the Directorate "Control and Socio-Economic Activities" of the Asparuhovo District.
In the performance of a lot 1 of compulsory insurance against accident and with life insurance, according to Article 223, para 7 of the Spatial Planning Act, at the time of the opening of the public procurement, 4 employees are subject to construction control by the Directorate "Control and Social Economic Activities" in the Asparuhovo District Varna Municipality, for a period of 12 months for the entire term of the contract (24 months), according to the technical specification, - Annex №1.1 of these Terms.
Insurance should contain the following minimum insurance coverage:
Death, as a result of accident and occupational disease;
Permanent loss of working capacity as a result of accident and occupational disease;
Temporary loss of performance, due to an accident and occupational disease;
Medical expenses due to an accident and occupational disease;
Repatriation due to an accident and occupational disease.
