- The procedure is subject to the provision of services for transportation and recovery of sludge (waste with code 19 08 05), obtained from the treatment of wastewater from WWTP - Asenovgrad, for a period of 2 years after the conclusion of a contract with the selected contractor. Usage is subject to the waste with code 19 08 05, classified in accordance with Ordinance No. 2 of 23.07.2014 on the Classification of Waste, prom. SG, issue. 66 of 08.08.2014, generated by the activities of WWTP - Asenovgrad, as a result of wastewater treatment. The aim is to ensure the reception and utilization of cited waste on a site that Holds the relevant permits. Participants should bear in mind that the transport of waste to their site should be offered in the price proposal, in accordance with the conditions of the open procedure. Each participant in the award procedure is obliged to participate in the entire volume of the procurement. Participants must adhere to the technical specification and the pre -announced conditions for participation and conduct of the public procurement by the contracting authority.
