Periodic deliveries of cleaning products, preparations and supplies to Silistra Municipality, secondary and third -level authorizing officers with budget in lots: OP No. 1 - reserved goods and services under Article 12, paragraph 1, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act; OP No. 2
The subject of the contract includes periodic delivery at the request of the contracting authority of cleaning products, accessories and consumables for the needs of Silistra Municipality, The secondary and third -level budget authorizers. Any of the sites, within the agreed value in the contract, has the right to increase and/or reduce the quantities according to The financial framework of the sites.
The contracting authority reserves the right not to outsource all the materials specified in the technical specification, as well as to declare other items cleaning products, preparations and consumables from the Catalog of the Contractor, and the contracting authority will use a commercial contract for them a discount in the amount offered by the contractor in his price offer. The proposed discount should be a constant value for the entire term of performance of the contract. In the case of suspension of the production of certain items, the contractor should offer new products with the same or better Technical parameters from the minimum placed in the technical specification. The proposal for replacement of items is subject to approval by the contracting authority.
