• The subject of the public procurement is the selection of a Contractor who will carry out: "Periodic delivery of construction materials, products and industrial goods, necessary for repair, maintenance and cleaning of municipal buildings and sites" for specific positions, as follows: Heading No. 1: "Building materials of wood"; Separate item No. 2: "Metal products and fasteners"; Separate position No. 3: "Tools and finished construction products"; Separate item No. 4: "Paints, varnishes and tools for them"; Separated item No. 5: "EL Materials"; Separate item No. 6: "Plumbing materials"; Separate position No. 7: "Inert materials and insulating materials, ready-made construction mixtures, tools for working with them and cutting tools"; Separate position No. 8: "Hygiene preparations and tools". The subject of the public procurement, in its part concerning Separate item No. 8, is awarded according to the method of art. 21, para. 6 of the Public Procurement Act. The scope of the order includes supplies of materials intended for cleaning, maintenance, current and basic repairs of buildings that house municipal units. The materials are provided by the supplier after receiving a request from a materially responsible person, an employee in the relevant municipal unit. The place of delivery is the Municipal Administration building, located in the city of Tervel, St. St. Cyril and Methodius" No. 8.
