• Guided by the provision of Art. 46, para. 1 of the ZOP, the Contracting Authority considers that it is appropriate to divide the current order into separate positions.
  Given the nature of the supplies and according to the individual types of food products, this public procurement is divided into 6 (six) separate positions as follows:
  - separate position No. 1 - "Milk and milk products"
  - separate position No. 2 - "Meat and meat products"
  - separate item No. 3 - "Vegetables, spices and sauces"
  - separate position No. 4 - "Sugar products"
  - separate position No. 5 "Juices and preserves"
  - separate position No. 6 - "Fresh fruits and vegetables"
  In the Technical Specification, the Contracting Authority has indicated the types of food products and the estimated quantities included in the subject of the respective separate item.
