• Description:
• The subject of the public procurement includes periodic delivery of fresh fruits and vegetables for a period of 12 months for the needs of children's institutions and Children's Milk Kitchen (DMK) in the territory of the Metropolitan Municipality - Iskar district. Full information about the requirements for the manner and order of implementation of the subject of the public procurement are contained in the Technical Specification - Appendix No. 1, an integral part of the participation documentation. Food products are included as nomenclatures and are described in detail according to name, unit of measure and estimated quantity in appendices List of food products, an integral part of the Technical Specification. Participants must submit an offer for all items. Non-offering of any of the nomenclature is grounds for removal of the participant from participation in the procedure. Variants of the offer are not allowed. The quantities of food products indicated in the Technical Specification are estimated and depend on the current needs of the Employer during the term of the contract for awarding the public order. The contracting authority is not committed to the purchase of the entire estimated quantity. The contracting authority may request larger quantities of a given nomenclature, within the total estimated value of the order.
