Description:
The medicinal products whose delivery is the subject of this public procurement are detailed in the technical specification.
Participants in the open procedure may submit tenders for lots with No. 1 to 33 inclusive, in accordance with the technical specification.
Deliveries on separate Positions with No. 34 to 36 will be assigned in accordance with the procedure of their respective individual values on the grounds of Art. 21, para. 6 of the Public Procurement Act by directly assigning on the grounds of Art. 20, para. 4, item 3 of the Public Procurement Act. No bids are submitted for separate positions with No. 34 to 36. The estimated total value of the separate positions, which will be awarded in this way is BGN 114 315.00 without VAT included and does not exceed 20 percent of the total value of the present public procurement. The value of none of the lots from No. 34 to 36 does not exceed 156 464 BGN.
The estimated values of the separate positions with No. 34 to 36 are the following:
Lot № 34 - BGN 49 200,00 excluding VAT;
Lot № 35 - BGN 49 200,00 excluding VAT;
Lot № 36 - 15 915,00 BGN without VAT.
