• The medicinal products whose delivery is the subject of this public procurement are detailed in the technical specification.
  Participants in the open procedure may submit tenders for lots with No. 1 to 32 inclusive, in accordance with the technical specification.
  Deliveries on separate Items with No. 33 and 34 will be assigned in accordance with the procedure of their respective individual values on the grounds of Art. 21, para. 6 of the Public Procurement Act by directly assigning on the grounds of Art. 20, para. 4, item 3 of the Public Procurement Act. No bids are submitted for separate positions with No. 33 and 34. The estimated total value of the separate positions that will They are awarded in this way is BGN 72 754,00 without VAT included and does not exceed 20 percent of the total value of the present public procurement.
