- The contracting authority announces the current procedure for awarding the public procurement on the basis of Art. 18, para. 1, item 1 and para. 2, proposal one, art. 19, paragraph 1 in connection with art. 73, para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act (PPA). Regarding the conditions for carrying out the procedure, not regulated in the present regulationstrades, the technical specification and the complete documentation for participation, the provisions of chapters eleven - thirteen of the ZOP and chapter five, sections VII and VIII of the rules for its implementation (PPZOP) are applied. The procedure for awarding the public contract is based on the principles of publicity andtransparency, free competition, proportionality, equality and non-discrimination, enabling the participation of all Bulgarian or foreign natural and legal persons, their associations, as well as all other entities that meet the requirements of the contracting authority,ected in the complex of documents making up the documentation for participation in the procedure.
