- The subject of this order is: "Periodic supplies of chemical reagents for the needs of "Toplofikatsia Sofia" EAD", for a period of 60 (sixty) months. The chemical reagents/products requested in this public procurement are current consumables production, necessary to ensure the continuous production of softened and deeply desalinated water for the thermal power plant heating network, and respectively the functioning of the energy facilities; neutralization of waste water from the production activity etc. Brine technically - purified is used to treat the supplementary water in the chemical workshops of the heat sources to the indicators regulated in Ordinance No. 9 on the Technical Operation of Electric Power Plants and Networks (TEECM), which is also the main reagent to restore the capacity of ion exchange resins used for water purification. Detailed information regarding the requirements for the performance of supplies, the subject of this public procurement, is specified in the Technical Specification, published in the order file.
