• Description:
• The subject of the order covers the supply of basic foods and food products, the supply of fruits and vegetables and the supply of organic food products (according to Ordinance No. H-1 of 23.07.2024 on the environmental requirements for certain products subject to public procurement, published State Gazette, no. 64 of 30.07.2024), after prior written requests of the Contracting Authority with transport of the Contractor, for which a detailed description and requirements are presented in Form No. 3 - "Technical Specification" from this documentation. The Participant should ensure the delivery of all food products from the application under the relevant designated item. The specified quantities of the delivered organic food products may be provided by one or several of the types of products included in the List of organic food products for each individual group. (does not apply to separate item No. 6). The participant must be certified according to Regulation (EU) 2018/848 of the European Parliament and of the Council of May 30, 2018. on the organic production and labeling of organic products and for the repeal of Regulation (EC) No. 834/2007 of the Council and Ordinance No. 5 of September 3, 2018 on the application of the rules of organic production, labeling and control, and for issuing permission for control activities for compliance with the rules of organic production, as well as for subsequent official supervision of the control persons.
