• Description:
• The subject of this public procurement includes the delivery of construction materials "Metal and metal products" for the needs of the Municipality of Krumovgrad.
  The products included in the subject of the order, with specified estimated quantities, are described in detail in the Technical Specification attached to this documentation.
  C compliance with Art. 48, para. 1 of the Public Procurement Law, the necessary characteristics of the subject of the public procurement are detailed in the Technical Specifications of the Employer's requirements ("Technical Specifications"), contained in this public procurement documentation.
  Given the specificity of the present public procurement, the contracting authority places estimated quantities of the delivered building materials and inventory included in the subject of the procurement. The quantities are indicated in the technical specification, an integral part of the public procurement documentation, and the same are estimated and not commit the contracting authority to their complete absorption upon conclusion of the contract. The purchase of the items will be determined according to the arising needs of the contracting authority.
  The complete information regarding the scope, volume and technical requirements for the execution of the public procurement is described and regulated in The "Technical Specification", an integral part of the participation documentation.
