The object of this public procurement is Periodically technical service, including - prevention, repair (Basic and current), provision of spare parts for 15 (fifteen) units of Motor Vehicles, owned by "Northcentral State Enterprise" DP - town of Gabrovo, managed by TP "DGS Byala" - town of White for a period of 12 (twelve) calendar months", through an open procedure for the awarding of public contracts, in which all interested parties can submit an offer. The conduct of the procedure provided for in the Public Procurement Act guarantees publicity and transparency in the expenditure of the financial means, given the fact that a Participant in the public procurement procedure can be any Bulgarian or foreign natural or legal person or their associations, as well as any other entity. With a purpose to ensure maximum publicity, respectively to achieve the best conditions for the Contracting Authority, the public procurement will be awarded precisely through the specified type of procedure, the purpose of which, on the other hand, is to protect the public interest through exercise control over the expenditure of funds and at the same time promote competition by creating a level playing field and transparency in the participation in the procedure.
