The subject of the procurement includes the implementation of the following main activities:
1. Provision of output data for developing a detailed development plan - paracelar plan (PUP - PP) and investment project - phase work project;
2. Development of the PMU - PP and conducting procedures for its coordination and approval;
3. Conducting procedures under the Environmental Protection Act (EPA) and the Biological Diversity Act (Act), incl.:
Assessing the need to perform an environmental assessment (EC) (option) in case the competent authority orders to be carried out;
Assess the need to perform an environmental impact assessment (EIA) (option) in case the competent authority orders to be carried out;
For issuing an opinion on an environmental assessment (EC) (option), in case the competent authority orders the EC;
To evaluate the degree of impact on protected areas (option) if the competent authority ordered to prepare a report on the degree of impact of the plan/investment proposal on the protected areas;
For the assessment of environmental impact, incl. A Tying for the Scope and Content of the EIA Report (Option) in case the competent authority ordered to be carried out EIA;
4. Development of an investment project - phase work project and its approval by the contracting authority;
5. Reconciliation of the investment project with the competent control bodies, operating Companies ...
