• Description:
• The public order includes post-warranty hardware and software support for 5 display walls in TsDU and TSU, manufactured by BARCO, for a period of 12 months from the entry into force of the contract. Post-warranty support includes: 1. Hardware support - includes diagnosis, repair or replacement of any defective module and/or spare part, and replacement as necessary of all consumables (air filters and other consumables, if any) necessary for the full functioning of the wall. If necessary diagnosis and/or replacement of a given consumable, module or spare part during the validity of the contract, its diagnosis and replacement is entirely at the expense of the contractor under the contract. 2. Software support - includes diagnosis and repair of a problem in the operating system and all applications installed according to the manufacturer's instructions necessary for the full functioning of the wall. Changing the Software and/or Firmware version of the equipment is allowed only in the case of a change to a newer one version, and the change is carried out only according to the prescription of the equipment manufacturer. If such a change turns out to be mandatory during the validity of the contract, it is carried out at the expense of the contractor under the contract, and this will not affect the control system's SCADA/EMS software.
