The subject of the public procurement includes
"Post -warranty service and maintenance, Prevention, Diagnostics and Repair of Vehicles (including Agricultural Machines; Machines for Excavation, Construction Machines and Equipment), including the delivery of spare parts and consumables for vehicles, owned by the UPCDP- Smolyan for a period of 24 months For the JCB 220XL SV chain loader with technical parameters specified in the technical specification-Annex 1 to the documentation.
The CONTRACTOR is obliged to issue a complete written guarantee for the quality of the activities under the chain excavator loader "JCB 220XL SV", for a period of no Less than the warranty period of the spare parts and consumables invested, but not less than 12 months. In the event of damage within the warranty period due to the poor quality of the repair and/or an invested poor quality reserve or consumable, the contractor eliminates the same for his own account.
The technical service and the repairs will be carried out if necessary;
Repair activities should be carried out within the following terms:
In case of minor damage - a maximum of 2 (two) working days from notification to the contractor;
In the case of average damage - a maximum of 3 (three) work days from notification to the contractor;
In case of severe damage - a maximum of 5 (five) working days from notification to the contractor.
