The specific objectives of the public procurement are:
Maintaining the functionality of the Geoinformation System for Water Management and Reporting (GISUVD);implementation of the horizontal and vertical principles of organization with a view to fulfilling the objectives set by the Contracting Authority, so as to cover the full range of competencies and know-how necessary for the implementation of the subject of the order, respectively to guarantee the necessary level of commitment to the implementationo and the problems of the order.
The horizontal principle implies the involvement of specialists from different units, so that the necessary competences in the subject of the order are covered. The vertical principle involves the participation of experts and representatives from different management levels and areas of expertise, nonecessary for the correct and high-quality execution of the order, and experts with the necessary managerial and organizational skills and opportunities to implement the policy in connection with the execution of the order.
