- The subject of this public procurement is the provision of the activities for the post -warranty support of the technical and basic software of the National Visa Information System (NVS). They are implemented within the framework of Project No. BG65BVPR001-2.001-0001 with the name "post-warranty Maintenance and updating of the NVIS software components ", funded under an administrative treaty for granting grants with Reg. No. 812108-10/09.02.2024 under the Program of the Republic Policy (EGVP) 2021-2027, co-financed by the European Union.
The scope of this procurement includes the following activities:
-Subject to the continuous and seamless functioning of the NVIS (sheep and RVC) in the mode 24/7;
-Worching a continuous connection of the NVIS with the EU VIS and maintaining constant exchange of information between systems;
-Provision of the continuous connection of the NVIS with other external systems and maintaining the exchange of information between them;
-Provision of support by IBM San Volume Controller Node and IBM Virtual Storage Center Entry;
-Migration of all services From the Lenovo Flex System Enterprise server to the HPE Proliant DL360 GEN11 server;
-Configuration and migration of backup and recovery software from the IBM TS3200 to the DELL POWERPROTECT DD6900 Archives System;
