Description:
The subject of this order is: "Preliminary (pre-investment) study for the construction of a new line for regeneration purification of ion-exchange resins (LROYS) on the territory of the site "Eleshnitsa" and of a purification facility for mine water in the land of the village of Eleshnitsa, Razlog municipality".
The order withto be fulfilled in accordance with the requirements described in the present documentation and the announcement. 3, para. 1, item 3 of the ZOP.
With the construction of an installation for the purification of mine waters, the goal is to eliminate transboundary pollutionof the overflow waters from the tunnel through the waters of the Zlataritsa River and the Mesta River. In the PP, it is necessary to investigate and assess the possibility of building the treatment facility together with the future LROIS by justifying, developing and proposing principled solutions with options for water management and includestheir net in a treatment scheme with technology in accordance with the new LROYS.
