"PREPARATION AND DELIVERY OF FOOD ACCORDING TO CERTAIN MENUS (DIETS) FOR PATIENTS AND ON PACKAGES WITH SUPPORTING-TONIZING FOOD AND BEVERAGES/PACKAGES/THEY/ OF BLOOD DONORS OF "MBAL - BLAGOEVGRAD" JSC" UNDER TWO SPECIFIC ITEMS The subject of the order includes the preparation and delivery of food (catering) for patients on various diets upon prior requests from the Contracting Authority. Organization of patients' nutrition is carried out by daily delivery according to a schedule determined by the Contracting Authority of ready, packaged, hot food in compliance with all legal regulations in the country. The ready meal should meet the requirements for quantity, quality and caloric value for rational and dietary nutrition and the instructions of the Employer. The actual performance of the public order is determined on the basis of patient admission. The request of the necessary for the next day, ready-made food is provided to the Contractor under the contract for group menus according to certain diets, as follows: - daily until 12:30 p.m. for the following day for patients currently undergoing treatment; - on Fridays until 12:30 p.m. for the upcoming holidays /Saturday, Sunday and Monday/; - additional request for admitted emergency patients - until 09:00 a.m. on the current day for patients who should be provided with lunch and dinner on the current day; until 12:30 on the current day for patients who on the current day should dinner provided; until 5:00 p.m. on the current day for patients who are to be provided full meals on the following day(s).
