Description:
The subject of the public procurement is the daily preparation and delivery of food according to diets for inpatients in clinics and departments of the "Sveta Anna" UMBAL - Sofia AD.
Participants submit only one offer for complex execution of the order, not allowing the presentation of variants. All food preparation and delivery activities must meet the parameters and requirements of the Contracting Authority set out in the documentation for participation in the procedure.
The food must be delivered in ready-to-eat form, packaged in individual disposable packaging. In order to prevent the risk of contamination of the food and to preserve its taste, the transfer should be carried out in thermophoretic containers.
The procedure is related to the daily need of the medical institution to prepare and deliver food for inpatients according to a recipe for dietary nutrition. The approximate amount of food to be prepared daily and delivered in an individual disposable package is for 331 patients. The number of patients is approximate and depends on the activity of the medical facility. The participation documentation is attached Dietary weekly menu for inpatients, according to the "Collection of recipes for dietary meals for public catering establishments and medical and preventive establishments" of the Ministry of Health.
