- The subject of the public order is the daily preparation and delivery of food according to diets for inpatients in clinics and departments of the "St. Anna" UMBAL - Sofia JSC. The deadline for the execution of the order is 12 (twelve) months from its award. Participants submit only one offer for a complex tenderClosing of the order, not allowing the presentation of variants. All food preparation and delivery activities must meet the parameters and requirements of the Contracting Authority, laid down in the documentation for participation in the procedure.
The food must be in a ready-to-eat form, packaged in an individualsingle-use packaging. In order to prevent the risk of contamination of the food and to preserve its taste, the transfer should be carried out in thermophoretic containers.
The procedure is related to the daily need of the medical institution to prepare and deliver food for inpatients according to prescriptionk for dietary nutrition.
