Description:
The contracting authority assigns, and the contractor agrees to perform a public order with the subject: "Preparation and delivery of food on request and a predetermined menu, according to a certain recipe book for the project: "Center for support of persons with disabilities - Asenovgrad", in accordance with the conditions set by the contracting authorityand conditions accepted by the contractor in the procedure for awarding the public contract, namely: Every day of the week, according to a schedule agreed with the director / manager / of the social institution, to deliver at his own expense to the institution for social services on the territory of the Municipality of Asenovgrad the requested wheelchairand type of food.
The activities of preparation and provision of food, meeting the requirements of the Х, are carried out by the Contractor with transport that meets the requirements of the Х, in connection with the social service provided by the Municipality of Asenovgrad. Transportation costs will be borne by the Contractor.
