Description: The Contractor is required to prepare the dishes from the weekly menu, which is prepared in advance by the social worker of home social patronage (NSP), approved by the Director of the Municipal Enterprise "Social Service" (OP) and is submitted to the Contractor not more late from every Thursday of the previous week. The weekly menu will be prepared in accordance with "collection recipes for public catering", according to the seasonal products and the age's age specificities. The Contractor shall be obliged to prepare the exact number of portions of the day that are submitted as information from the day from the DSP social worker and include the following options: - Port No. 1: Soup, main dish and bread,
- Port 2: Main dish (lunch), main dish (dinner) and bread,
- Portion № 3 is prepared once a week and is made up of portion 1 or portion 2 and dessert.
