- Pursuant to Art. 20, para. 1, item 1, b. "b" of the Public Procurement Act this public procurement is awarded through an open procedure within the meaning of Art. 18, para. 1, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act (PPA). The object of the public procurement is a "service" within the meaning of Art. 3, para. 1, item 3 of the ZOP - "the provision of services".The subject of this public procurement is: "Preparation and delivery of a hot lunch - catering by prior request of the Municipality of Kotel".
Through this public procurement, meals will be provided in 18 settlements, in 19 opened food distribution points on the territory of the municipality Boiler with capacity nand every working day up to 2,000 persons. It is planned to provide "hot lunch" to up to 2,000 persons for 725 working days at a flat rate of BGN 2.67 without VAT / BGN 3.20 with VAT per day. On top of this amount, up to 5% of food transport and storage costs are allowed.
