- The object of the public procurement is a "service" within the meaning of Art. 3, para. 1, item 3 of the ZOP - "the provision of services".
The subject of this public procurement is: "Preparation and delivery of a hot lunch to vulnerable groups of persons in the territory of the Municipality of Sungurlare under the "Hot lunch" procedure from the "Foodand basic material support 2021-2027."
Through this public procurement, it will provide meals in 24 settlements, in 24 opened food distribution points on the territory of the municipality of Sungurlare, with a capacity of 750 people every working day.
The contract for performance will be concluded subject to conditionshere is the art. 114 of the Civil Procedure Code for delayed implementation due to lack of funding at the time of announcing the procedure.
