• Description:
• The food is prepared according to the weekly request of the Employer and is distributed at the contractor's site. The menu for one meal includes: soup, main course, bread and at least once a week dessert. The weekly menus are prepared by the Contractor in accordance with Art. 13 of the Food Act and include various types of meals providing a balanced diet, contain information on allergens, in accordance with Regulation No. 1169/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council on consumer information regarding the composition of foods, the final weight in finished form of each dish: - Soup 300g., Main dish 300g. Bread 150g, Dessert and are presented for confirmation by the Employer. The "Collection of recipes for catering establishments" is used for weighing and preparing the menus. 2010 edition of "Technika" publishing house. The number of the recipe used to prepare the respective dish should be included in the presented weekly menus. The total number of persons from the target group who can use the service under the project is 600, like this one number may decrease or increase depending on the number of persons approved for the project. Hot lunch is provided to individuals every working day of the week. The prepared food should be ready and spread by 10:00 a.m. on the relevant working day.
