• Description:
• The purpose of this public procurement is the selection of a Contractor to provide services for the preparation and delivery of ready-made food according to a project, after securing funding under the Food Program and basic material support for persons from the target groups of Municipality of Shumen upon prior request from the moment of concluding a contract with the selected contractor for approximately 480 working days (from 01.02.2026) until the deadline for financing under the Program (31.12.2027), including: 1. Prepare ready food in own a material base meeting the requirements of the Food Law and related by-laws; 2. Packaging of ready-made food in a way that protects it from contamination, in single-use containers and packaging allowed for contact with foods; 3. Transportation of the ready-made food to the designated locations, with vehicles meeting the requirements of the Food Law and related by-laws. The estimated number of persons from the target groups in the Municipality of Shumen, determined for entitled to receive the service amounts to 700 persons, who will be distributed according to the Protocol of the User Selection Committee and a prepared List of eligible persons. The provision of ready-made food is a single meal, which includes - soup - minimum 250 grams, main course - minimum 300 grams (at least one of which is meat), bread - minimum 150 grams and at least once a week dessert - minimum 150 grams.
