- The subject of this public procurement is "Preparation and delivery of ready-made food for persons from risk groups under the project "Hot Lunch" in the Municipality of "Tunja". Tundzha Municipality executes Administrative Contract No. BG05SFPR003-1.001-0054 for the provision of free financial assistance under the Program for Food and Basic Material Support 2021-2027, under Operation BG05SFPR003-1.001 "Hot Lunch" under the project "Hot Lunch in the Municipality of Tunja", with a term of validity until 29.04.2026. The Municipality of "Tunja" received a letter with ex. No. 91-00-0009/ 07.01.2026 by the Managing Authority (MA) of the Program "Food and Basic Material Support" (PHOMP) 2021 - 2027, co-financed by the European Social Fund plus, which provides an opportunity to sign additional agreements to amend the implemented administrative contracts and the extension of the deadline for eligibility of costs and implementation of the activities until 30.09.2026, which conditions the execution of the present order. Delivery of ready-made food is carried out until 12:00 on working days from the week with transport of the Contractor to the designated objects (points) specified in Section I, item 3 of the Technical Specifications and should include for one person per day: soup - min. 300 g, main course - min. 300 g, bread - min. 100 g and at least once a week dessert. The estimated number of users is up to 400.
