Description:
Manufacturers and food merchants, including persons who carry out primary food production and related activities, are obliged to comply with the hygiene requirements for primary food production, food production and marketing sites and conditions for production and trade in food regulated in Regulation (EC) No 852/2004 of the European Parliament and Council of 29 April 2004, Regulation (EC) No 853/2004 of the European Parliament and the Council of 29 April 2004, regarding specific hygiene rules for food from animal origin, established in national legislation.
When preparing the food, the contractor should comply with the requirements for hygiene and good taste qualities of Food and comply with good production practice in carrying out such activity. Food must meet the requirements of BDS or equivalent;
The food should be offered on pre -prepared weekly menus jointly by the medical person of the school and a representative of the contractor;
The contractor is obliged to have prepared and supplied foods in full compliance with the approved menu for the week, according to the requirements for balanced and rational nutrition and Ordinance No. 1/22.01.2018 on the physiological norms for nutrition of the population issued by the Ministry of Health;
The food is prepared on the day of delivery and is not allowed to be prepared from the previous day;
