• Description:
• The object of this public procurement is: "provision of a service" within the meaning of Art. 3, para. 1, item 3 of the Civil Code. The subject of awarding this order includes preparation and daily deliveries of ready-made food according to diets for hospital feeding of patients and on-call staff of Vtora SAGBAL - Sheynovo EAD (Employer), according to the attached technical specification, in order to select a supplier and conclude a contract under the terms and conditions of the Law on Public Procurement. The scope and main parameters of the public procurement are described in detail in the technical specification for the implementation of the public procurement, attached to this participation documentation. The preparation and delivery of the food are agreed upon and carried out based on the types of dishes according to the technical specification and at compliance with the current regulatory documents. The order is for the preparation and daily deliveries of ready-made food according to diets for approximately 103,000 pcs. food, for patients of the hospital and for staff on duty. Quantities are indicative and actual performance is determined by the number of patients and by staff performing 12-hour shifts on monthly schedules. Each participant can submit only one offer, in which he must necessarily offer unit prices for all dishes specified in the technical specification.
