- The public order is related to the implementation of engineering design and construction of the site and is a Consulting service under Art. 166, para. 1ZUT and related sub-normative acts, as well as fulfilling the duties of a safety and health coordinator according to Ordinance No. 2 of 22 mart 2004 , namely: Assessment of the compliance of the prepared investment project, according to Art. 142 of the ZUT; Implementation of construction supervision, according to Art. 168ZUT; Quality control of construction materials and products delivered and used in construction; Exercise of quantitative controland the quality of the completed construction and assembly works; Monitoring and documentation of all circumstances related to the construction. In order to fulfill his obligations, the contractor should submit interim progress reports to the Employer; Reporting of his activities through interim and final reports;the duties of a safety and health coordinator according to Ordinance No. 2 of March 22, 2004
