- consulting service under Art. 166, para. 1 of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration and related by-laws, as well as fulfilling the duties of a safety and health coordinator according to Ordinance No. 2 of March 22, 2004. for the minimum requirements for health and safety working conditions when carrying out constructionand installation works, namely: Assessment of the compliance of the prepared investment project, according to Art. 142 of the ZUT; Implementation of construction supervision, according to Art. 168 of the ZUT; Quality control of the construction materials and products delivered and used in the constructions.
