• "Preparation of a complex project for an investment initiative under Article 150, paragraph 2 of the ZUT, consisting of a project for a detailed layout plan for PI 83510.666.114.1.1 and an investment project and exercise of av... The purpose of this public procurement is to be elected a contractor to whom design will be assigned in order to prepare project documentation and carry out author's supervision - in the case of subsequent construction of an object: "Preparation of a complex project for an investment initiative under Article 150, paragraph 2 of ZUT, composed of a project for a detailed layout plan for PI 83510.666.114.1.1 and an investment project and exercise of author's supervision for a site: Construction of technical infrastructure and parking under the square space of Osvobozhdenie Square. The public order includes the following activities: Activity 1 - Review and analysis of the current situation, including the initial data for the design, incl. prescriptions and instructions from the competent authorities, official approval letters, permits from all state institutions and operating instances. Complete architectural survey and structural survey of the existing underground infrastructure, located under the square space of Osvobozhdenie Square, identified as a land property /independent object/ with identifier 83510.666.114.1.1 on the cadastral map of the city of Shumen with an area of 5940 sq. m. Activity 2 - Preparation of a complex project for an investment initiative under Art. 150, para. 2 of the ZUT.
