The subject of this open procedure is the designation of a contractor for the preparation of a complex Report on conformity assessment of the investment project with the basic requirements for construction and construction supervision during construction for the introduction of energy -saving measures in the following sites:
- Multifamily residential building - block № 8, located in Saedinenie quarter, Galabovo with total area: 1 300 sq.m.
- Multifamily residential building - block № 15, located in Saedinenie quarter, Galabovo "with a living area: 2 551,50 sq.m.
- Multifamily residential building - block № 18, located in Saedinenie district, Galabovo "with total area: 1 484 sq.m.
The execution of the order includes the following main activities for each One of the buildings described above:
142, para. 6 and para. 10 of the Spatial Planning Act, according to Art. 166, para. 1, item 1 of the SPA.
- Activity II - Exercise construction supervision during construction, in accordance with Art. 166, para. 1, item 1 of the Spatial Planning Act in the mandatory scope, regulated in Art. 168, para. 1, para. 3 and para. 6 of the SPA.
