• Description:
• The competition is being held for the acquisition of a conceptual project for "Major repair, restoration, restoration and improvement of the functionality of the National Assembly building, Sofia, National Assembly Square No. 2" - a basis for the development of an investment project in phase "technical" and "working" project. In accordance with the provisions of Art. 18, para. 1, item 11, art. 80, para. 1, proposition 2 and para. 6 of the Civil Code and Art. 82 and Art. 83 of PPZOP, the Contracting Authority conducts a limited competition for a project as part of awarding a public contract for service. The project competition is held with the awarding of prizes to the participants ranked in the first five places. After conducting the present procedure and its conclusion with the awarding of prizes to the ranked participants, the Contracting Authority will announce and conduct with the participant whose project is ranked in first place negotiation procedure without prior announcement in accordance with art. 18, para. 1, item 8 of the Civil Code in connection with Art. 79, para. 1, item 9 of the PLO for the development of an investment project in the "technical" and "working" phase project. During negotiations without prior notice pursuant to Art. 18, para. 1, item 8 of the Civil Code in connection with Art. 79, para. 1, item 9 of the ZOP will determine the values ​​and deadlines for the preparation of an investment project in the "technical" and "working" project phases, as well as the value for the performance of the author's supervision service during construction, in accordance with the limits laid down in this documentation and those proposed by the participant in this tender...
