166, para. 1 of the Law on Spatial Planning / ZUT / and related by -laws, as well as fulfilling the obligations of a safety and health coordinator in accordance with Ordinance No. 2 of March 22, 2004. For the minimum requirements for healthy and safe working conditions when performing construction and installation works, namely:
142 of the SPA;
168 of the SPA;
The quality control of the construction materials and products supplied and invested in the construction;
Exercise the quantitative and quality of the completed construction works;
In order to fulfill its obligations, the contractor must submit to the contracting authority the interim reports on progress;
Reporting your activity through intermediate and final reports;
Fulfillment of the obligations of a safety and health coordinator in accordance with Ordinance No. 2 of March 22, 2004 on the minimum requirements for health and safety at work when performing construction and installation works.
