evaluation of the conformity of the prepared investment project, in accordance with Art. 142 of the Spatial Planning Act;
Implementation of construction supervision, in accordance with Art. 168 of the Spatial Planning Act;
Quality Controlthe construction materials and products delivered and invested in the construction;
exercise of control of the quantitative and quality of the completed construction works;
monitoring and documenting all the circumstances related to the construction. In order to fulfill his duties, the contractor should submitof the contracting authority interim reports on progress;
