Technical specification (TC). The order will be executed in the following stages:
I. Preparation of the initial version of the guide and its acceptance by the contracting authority for compliance with

II. Review of the submitted materials by specialists indicated by the Norwegian partner. This stage also includes
A workshop between the authors and the experts mentioned by Crisis to discuss the final version of
The management. The meeting will be held in Sofia, with a duration of 3 days. The costs at this stage are for
the contracting authority account and are funded to the project. Possibly necessary transport, living rooms, etc. Cost for
The workshop is at the expense of the contractor.
III. Preparation of "Criminalistics Guide". The submitted material will be accepted by the contracting authority only
