Description: The purpose of the public procurement is to define a contractor and to conclude a contract with it for the preparation of energy audit, architectural capture and technical passport of municipal buildings.
The scope of the contract involves the implementation of the following activities:
Activity 1 - Preparation of architectural shooting, investigation of the technical characteristics related to the requirements under Art. 169, para. 1, (item 1 - 5) and para. 3 of the Technical Passport and the preparation of a technical passport;
Activity 2 - Preparation of an energy efficiency audit and prescribing the necessary ECMs in line with the Energy Efficiency Regulations under the Energy Efficiency and its Implementing Regulations.
