Description:
The food is prepared on request and a menu of home social patronage, Nova Zagora and spilled into the contractor's site. The capacity of home social patronage is 300 people/user using the service for a projected 250 food per year. The number of persons using the service may decrease or increase. The amount of users is specified by the head of the home social patronage, Nova Zagora in the preliminary request.
The menu for one food includes:
Soup;
Main course;
Dessert;
Bread.
The value of one food may not exceed BGN 5.70 without incl. VAT. Value Includes all the costs required to execute the subject of the order.
Within the menu for one food, the persons using the home service service Patronage may declare less than the minimum of the menu's minimum dishes. Upon pre -request of the persons using service Home social patronage, the contracting authority may declare less than the minimum of the menu's minimum dishes. The following recipes are used for the weights and preparation of the specific menus: "Collection Recipes for catering establishments", Technology Publishing House 1998. Prepared Food should meet the quality requirements according to the standards in force in the country, laws and regulations in connection with the production and trade of food.
