- The guide will consist of 12 sections. The scope and content requirements of each are specified in the
Technical Specification (TS). The order will be executed in the following stages:
І. Preparation of an initial version of the manual and its acceptance by the contracting authority for compliance with the technical specificationsication.
II. Review of submitted materials by specialists nominated by the Norwegian partner. This stage also includes a working meeting between the authors and experts identified by Kripos to discuss the final version of the Guide. The meeting will be held in the city of Sofia, lasting 3 days. The expenses pAt this stage, they are for the account of the contracting authority and are financed under the project. Possibly necessary transportation, living expenses, etc. expenses for the work meeting are at the contractor's expense. III. Preparation of "Forensics Manual". The submitted material will be accepted by the Employer only if the requirements are metthe TC documents and all recommendations, notes and requirements made during stage II.
