Description of the subject of the public procurement:
For the purposes of reporting the results achieved under Procedure BG-RRP-4.028 "Support for energy-efficient street lighting systems" it is necessary after the completion of the SMP activities and putting the facilities into operation, within the framework of the final accounting of the executed contracts for financing the approved investments, to prepare an independent expert assessment by a certified energy auditor (persons from the register under Article 60, Paragraph 1 of the Energy Efficiency Act), which will prove the consumption of primary energy and the savings achieved from the renovation, laid down in the proposal submitted at the application stage.
