Preparation of an investment project and implementation of author's supervision for construction of object I: House of the future, including interior design, under project No. BG16FFPR003-2.002-0005 "Gabrovo - center of innovation, education and entrepreneurship", financed by the "Regional Development" Program 2021-2027, co-financed from the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund 2021-2027. PERIOD FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF THE ORDER - the contract for execution enters into force from the date of its signing and is valid no later than 31.05.2028. Deadline for preparation of the investment project in all project parts according to the Technical Specifications and the approved Design Task, including design and accounting documentation, description of the selected technologies and specification of materials, no longer than 180 /cent and eighty/ calendar days, including: Term for pre-project (preliminary) studies, incl. hydro-geological survey, geodetic survey and BIM Execution plan - no longer than 30 /thirty/ calendar days, counted from the signing of reception-transmission protocol for the transfer of all available source information from the Employer to the Contractor until the delivery of the prepared - engineering-geological report for hydro-geological survey, materials from geodetic surveying and BIM Execution plan-BIM plan for the execution of the Contracting Authority.
