• The following activities are included in the scope of the public procurement: 1. Preparation of an investment project for the site: "Renovation of the Museum "House of Humor and Satire", Gabrovo", according to the design assignment. The building has a public purpose. Consists of four floors and a semi-excavated basement. The museum has 8 exhibition halls, exhibit storage, a meeting room, a recording studio and with areas on the floors, for administrative offices or staff offices, a museum shop with a "Hall of Mirrors and Labyrinth" and 2 outdoor terraces. In the semi-excavated basement there are: a bar, a lobby bar, a variety theater, an underground garage (used for a carnival workshop) and service rooms for them. Currently, most of the basement is unusable and requires major renovation. C the building has a built-in substation, which is functional and accessible from the outside, without connection to the basement.
