Preparation of an investment project and implementation of author's supervision of the Center "Shared space VI -th section", under project BG16FFPR003-2.006-0083 "Gabrovo - center of innovation, education and entrepreneurship", financed by the Program "Development of the Regions" 2021-2027, co-financed by the European union through the European Regional Development Fund 2021-2027. PERIOD FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF THE ORDER - the contract for execution enters into force from the date of its signing and is valid no later than 30.11.2027. The term for preparation of technical investment project in all project parts according to the Design Terms of Reference, including design and estimate documentation, description of selected technologies and specification of materials is no longer than 80 calendar days, counted from the date of a bilateral protocol between the Employer and the Contractor for the assignment of the activities and the transmission of all source information to the Contractor until the handover of the prepared project to the Employer. .
